• 1 (7 oz) can chipotles peppers in adobo sauce
• 4 corn or flour tortillas
• 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, chopped
• 1/4 red onion, chopped
• 1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
• cotija cheese or queso fresco, chopped
• 1 avocado, sliced
