Slow Cooker Beef & Potato Stew - ScottyBrand

Ingredients

• 750g Scotty Brand potatoes (I used baby potatoes so kept them whole)
• 2 kg beef brisket
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion diced
• 5 garlic cloves, peeled and smashed
• 5 carrots, peeled and sliced.
• 3 celery stalks, sliced.
• 250ml red wine
• 750ml beef stock
• 50g flour
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• Salt and pepper
