- 3 eggs
- 160 g self-raising flour
- 165 g butter, softened
- 150 g soft light brown sugar
- 90 ml whole milk
- 20 g butter
- 135 g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 300 g desiccated coconut
- 1 tbsp boiling water
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (sifted if lumpy)
- 110 g icing sugar (sifted if lumpy)
