- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs (divided)
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons milk (use more or less to achieve desired consistency)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
