Ingredients

• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
• freshly ground black pepper to taste
• (60 mL) fresh fresh coriander, washed and finely chopped
• 1 fresh roma tomato, diced
• hot sauce to taste (optional)
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) Castello® Extra creamy danish blue broken into bite-sized pieces
• 5 slices bacon, cooked until crisp and broken into bite-sized pieces
