Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups of toasted bread crumbs or stuffing mix
• 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
• 1 tsp of Kosher salt
• 1 tsp of freshly ground black peppercorns
• 2 cups of diced celery ribs, with leaves
• 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh sage
• 2 cups of ground sausage meat
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1 Spanish onion, diced
• 2 tbsp of olive oil
