- 3 oz (1/3 cup) lime gelatin powder
- 2 packets, .25 oz or 7grams each, unflavored gelatin (I used Knox)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups hot water
- 3 cups cold water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream or all purpose cream
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- sprinkles for topping decoration
