- 270g sourdough starter
- 1tbsp runny honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- Rapeseed oil for greasing pan and rings
- You will need 9cm crumpet rings (you could make your own by removing the top and bottom of a small can)
