Sweet Chilli Chops recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1kg chops
• 2 teaspoon @ purespice_sa ginger garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice-sa red masala
• Lemon juice
• 2tbl tomato sauce
• 2tbl sweet chilli sauce
• 2 tablespoon chilli sauce or peri peri sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 1 teaspoon steak and chops spice I used 6 gun grill spice.
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• 3 tablespoon peri peri sauce
• 3 tablespoon sweet chilli
