• 1 lb breakfast sausage, casings removed if it has them
• 1 jalapeno, finely chopped (remove seeds)
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups whole milk
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped sage leaf (I used dried)
