• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 medium green pepper, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 jar (24 oz.) tomato sauce
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• 1/8 tsp. pepper
• 1 1/2 cups (12 oz.) 2% cottage cheese
• 4 oz. cream cheese
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
