So scrummy I was dribbling when I typed the recipe out for you!
Ingredients
- 12 rashers organic streaky bacon
- Clove garlic
- 3 slices fresh white bread
- Olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 heaped tbsp demerara sugar
- Juice of clementine
- 5 large handfuls mixed salad
- Pomegranate
- Small bunch fresh mint, leaves picked
- 6 tbspn extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbspn white wine vinegar
- Heaped tspn Dijon mustard
- Heaped tbspn natural yoghurt
- Salt and pepper
