• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries, cherries, plumbs, peaches diced up
• 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice plus 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
