• 1 cup beef broth
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
