• 2 cups flour
• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (pudding added version)
• 1 cup ground or finely chopped pecans
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup chopped Texas Pecans
• 1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 4 egg whites
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup pecans
• 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
