Kale Artichoke Dip is a delicious twist on a classic! Great for parties or cozy nights in, I created this recipe as a chef at Third & Vine.
Ingredients
- 8 OZ ofcream cheese (1 package)
- 1/3 cup ofGreek yogurt
- 1/3 cup ofmayonnaise
- ½ cup ofparmesan cheese - grated
- ½ cup ofpecorino romano cheese - grated
- 6 - 8 cloves ofgarlic - peeled and minced
- 14 OZ ofcanned artichokes
- 12 OZ ofkale - defrosted (if frozen) or fresh (1 regular bag)
- Pinch ofground nutmeg
- 1 ½ cup ofmozzarella cheese - grated
- salt (to taste)
- ground pepper (to taste)
- 1yellow onion - peeled and finely sliced
- 4 slices ofbacon (pork) - cut into small pieces (thick)
