Ingredients
- PASSIONFRUIT CONCENTRATE
- 1 ½ cups passionfruit pulp (approx. 8 passionfruit)
- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup white sugar
- Juice of 2 lemons
- MOUSSE
- ½ + 1/3 cup of passionfruit concentrate
- ¼ cup + 2 tbsp thickened cream
- ½ can sweetened condensed milk (197.5g)
- Fresh passionfruit pulp, to garnish
