• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 cup white sugar (divided)
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 teaspoon vanilla divided
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 1/3 cup coconut flakes
• 1 cup chopped pecans
