- 1 large brown onion - diced
- 1 Tblspn tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves crushed (or to taste)
- 2 420g cans crushed tomatoes or 1 large can
- 1-2 Tblspns Worcestershire sauce (or to taste)
- Good brand curry powder (start with 1 Tblspn and adjust to liking)
- 1-2 Tspns sugar
- Mixed dry herbs
