• 1⁄4 cup Tamari
• 1⁄4 cup black vinegar (chef recommends Koon Chun)
• 1 lb. green beans, trimmed
• 2 Tbsp. neutral oil (chef recommends canola)
• ½ cup chili garlic vinaigrette
• Salt, to taste
