Sausage, Spinach, & Mushroom Pierogy Casserole - Mrs. T's Pierogies

Ingredients

• 1 16oz box of Mrs. T's Garlic Parmesan Pierogies
• 1 pound of mild Italian Sausage
• 8 ounces of mushrooms, sliced, washed and stems removed
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
• 2 cups fresh spinach, stamps removed and leaves torn into smaller pieces
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• Sprinkle of Italian seasoning
