Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
• 1 Onion, chopped
• 3 cloves Garlic, crushed
• 2 cans (4 oz.) Chopped green chile peppers
• 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon Ground cayenne pepper
• 3 cans (10.5 oz.) Chicken broth
• 2 cups Cooked chicken breast
• 3 cans (15 ounce) White beans (northern)
• 1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
