Ingredients

• 1/3 cup Olive oil
• 2 tablespoon Orange juice
• 2 tablespoon Lime juice
• 1 clove Garlic minced
• 1/2 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
• 10 ounce Cabbage packaged, finely shredded
• 1/2 pound Jicama shredded, 2 c.
• 1 large Carrot shredded, 1/2 c.
• 1 ea Jalapeno peppers seeded, diced
• cup Cilantro chopped
