Ingredients

• 3 avocados
• 2T olive oil
• squeeze of lemon juice and zest 1 lime
• 1t soya sauce
• drop honey
• 6 Romanita tomatoes, chopped
• 1 small red onion, sliced
• 1 red chilli deseeded and sliced diagonally
• 1 green fresh jalapeño, deseeded and sliced diagonally
• 1T freshly chopped coriander leaves
• 1t chopped dill
• crushed peanuts and toasted sesame seeds (optional)
