Club sandwich with tuna - KYKNOS S.A. Greek Canning Company

Ingredients

• 6 large slices of bread for toast (you can also use slices of country loaf)
• Olive oil
• 3 cans of tuna in water
• 200 gr. Mayonnaise Premium KYKNOS
• 1 tbsp. Mustard Hot KYKNOS
• 2 stalks celery (finely chopped)
• 1 small red onion (finely chopped)
• 2 small pickled cucumbers (finely chopped)
• 6-7 cherry tomatoes (finely chopped)
• 1 clove garlic, melted (optional)
• 4-5 leaves of broad-leaf basil (finely chopped)
• Juice of ½ lemon
• Salt
• Freshly ground pepper
