Stuffed Cabbage Pie - Fresh Fork Market

Ingredients

• 1/2 head green cabbage
• Pastry dough (enough for two, 9" pie tins), or purchased pie crusts
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 tsp each: caraway seeds & cumin seeds
• 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 onion (cut in half, and then half again and sliced)
• 3-4 cloves garlic, sliced
• 2 oven-dried roma tomatoes, chopped (or 2 tbsp chopped sundried tomatoes)
• 1.5-2 cups tomato sauce
