- 50 gr Perfecto-More
- 15 gr Bindemittel-Perfecto
- 80 g - 100 g nut paste of your choice (Important! Walnut Eispaste-Movito only 30g - 40g )
- 90 g sugar
- 600 g whole milk 3,5%
- 100 g cream 30%
- pinch of salt
- optionally 5g Perfecto-Cremosa
