- 2 puff pastry sheets
- 800g sausage meat
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 9-12 pieces cheddar cheese
- spoonfuls of caramelised onion chutney
- 1 whole egg (for egg wash)
