- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (jarred or homemade, it doesn't make much of a difference)
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese (I used a blend of cheddar and jack)
- pinch of red chili pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh chives, chopped, for garnish
