Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 cup onions, coarsely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 pound cremini or button mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 10 cups low salt chicken broth
• 1 1/4 cups pearl barley, rinsed
• 1 1/2 cups butternut squash, cut into 1/2-inch dice
• 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch dice
• 2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
• 2 teaspoons dill
• 1/2 cup sour cream
