Ingredients
- 1 lb butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 1/2 – 4 cups flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 small ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar *if you like a sweeter pie, use 1 tbsp
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp orange zest & a smidge of juice
- Pinch of salt
