- 1½ oz. gin (Kimball House uses Citadelle)
- ¾ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. lime juice
- ¾ oz. heavy cream
- 1 egg white
- 8 drops orange flower water plus 5 more for garnish
- 1 oz. orange seltzer water plus more to top (Kimball house uses Boylan seltzer)
