Roast Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken pieces Marinate with:
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• ¼ teaspoon Zaffron essence
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ginger garlic
• Little saffron crushed and put in a bowl with ice
• 3 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 4 tablespoon nestle cream + ¼ cup milk
• ¼ cup tomato puree
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon ground Badaam
• ½ cup fried onions
