- 1 1/2 cups corn chips, roughly crushed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 lb ground lean pork
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
