Ingredients

• 1 cup Brown sugar
• 1/2 cup Shortening
• 1 Egg
• 1 1/2 cup Sifted all purpose flour
• 1 cup Chopped apple
• 1/2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/4 tsp Allspice
