Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.​
  • In a bowl, mix tuna with cheese and celery. ​
  • Unroll the dough and separate into triangles. ​
  • Divide tuna mixture into 8 servings and place mixture on the shortest side covering about 2/3rd of each triangle.​
  • Roll up the triangle, starting at the shortest side and work your way to the opposite point.​
  • Place the rolls on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 11-13 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving or storing. ​
  • Bring a small pot of water to a simmer. Add broccoli and carrots to water and cook 3-4 minutes. ​
  • Strain and rinse with cool water then let cool completely. ​
  • In a lunch box, serve 2 tuna rolls with ¼ cup broccoli, ¼ cup carrots and ranch dressing.
  • Don’t forget the fruit!
