• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (warm)
• 1 heaping tablespoon flour
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 tablespoon cognac or brandy
• 3 sticks butter softened at room temp. (116 grams each stick)
