• 2 cups (500 mL) potato
• 2 cups (500 mL) water
• 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
• 2 cups (500 mL) concentrated beef broth
• 1 fresh thyme
• 1 fresh sage
• 3 Tbsp. (45 mL) chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) 15% m.f. cream
• grated cheese to taste
• garlic croutons to taste
