Gingerbread Donuts - The Keeper of the Cheerios

Ingredients

• Donuts Ingredients:
• 1 C flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp ginger
• 1/4 tsp allspice
• 1/8 tsp ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 C brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 3 TBSP molasses
• 1/3 C whole milk
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 TBSP unsalted butter (melted)
• Icing Ingredients:
• 1 C confectioner's sugar
• 1 TBSP hot water
• 1/2 tsp & 1/2 TBSP eggnog
• 1/4 tsp maple extract
• crumbled gingersnaps
