Grated Carrot Achaar recipe by Sumayah

Ingredients

• 1 packet carrots ( 6 cups ) grated
• 1 red,yellow ,green pepper. chopped
• sliced green chillies according taste
• 6 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) (achaar) masala
• 3 cups vinger
• 1 ½ cup sugar
• 2 tablespoon full maziena
• ¼ cup oil
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• 2 tablespoons tal (sesame seeds)
• Sliced green chilies
• handful of curry leaves
• Add to carrots . mix well.
