- 3 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
- 1 teaspoon aradh
- 3 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar
- 2 cups white vinegar
- ½ cup maizena (corn flour)
- ¼ cup oil
- 10 curry leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3-4 green chilies - slivered
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoon mustard seeds
- Add in your spices.
