GINGER kEY LIME TUNA (OR SWORDFISH) Recipe

Ingredients

• Use this in tuna, swordfish or other steak fish
• Ingredients
• 1 1/2 lbs. tuna steaks (1" thick) (or swordfish steaks)
• Marinade:
• 6-8 Key limes or 1/4 cup juice
• 2 TBS olive oil
• 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 small hot pepper or 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
