• 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1 cup onion
• 2 teaspoons garlic
• 1/4 cup cilantro
