Ingredients

• 2 cans chickpeas, strained and rinsed
• ½ cup tahini
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 5 cloves garlic, roasted
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp salt
• 10 grape tomatoes
• ½ cucumber, finely diced
• ¼ onion, finely diced
• 1 red pepper, finely diced
• 2 celery stalks, finely diced
• 15 grape tomatoes
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 1 ACE Bakery White Baguette, for dipping
