Sweet Breakfast ‘Pizza’ –

Ingredients
- 150g oats
- 60g almonds
- 50g raw buckwheat groats
- 3 tbsp almond butter (peanut butter will also work)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil - melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 100g coconut yogurt (or other thick dairy free yogurt)
- 200g mixed berries
- Small handful chopped nuts/seeds
- 5.25oz oats
- 2.1oz almonds
- 1.75oz raw buckwheat groats
- 3.5oz coconut yogurt (or other thick dairy free yogurt)
- 7oz mixed berries
- Step 1 Start by adding the oats, almonds and buckwheat groats into your food processor and blending until a crumply texture forms.
- Step 2 Add in the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla and pinch of salt and blend again combine.
- Step 3 Add the water a tablespoon at a time, blending until a sticky dough-like mixture forms that holds together when you press it between your fingers.
- Step 4 Line a dish or pizza tray with baking paper. Press the dough down evenly to form the crust.
- Step 5 Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Step 6 Once the base has firmed up it’s time to add your toppings! Get as creative as you like!
