Kosher salt; 1/2 tsp. black pepper; about 8-10 fresh mushrooms, brushed clean and sliced (1 8 oz. box); 1-2 cups fresh broccoli florets, cut into small pieces (1 medium broccoli crown ~ you can use some of the stems too, if you very thinly slice them)
