Ingredients

• 1 tsp Butter
• 1 large clove Garlic
• 1 cup Whipping cream
• 1/3 cup Whole Milk
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/8 tsp Ground pepper
• 2 lbs Potatoes cut into 1/8 inch slices
• 1 cup Gruyere grated
• 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
