Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp Oil
• 5 Red Thai Chillies, finely chopped
• 5 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
• 2 Chicken Thigh Fillets, cut into bite size pieces
• 1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
• 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
• 2 tsp Oyster Sauce
• 1/4 tsp Sugar
• 1 handful Holy/Thai/Italian Basil Leaves
