Chocolate Cake recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• ¼ cup + 1 teaspoon cocoa
• 1 ½ cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon bicarb
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 ½ cups buttermilk
• 1 cup oil
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 1 can chilled condensed milk (leave in fridge overnight)
• 250g butter
