Maple Chicken Bunwiches

Ingredients
- 500 ml (2 cups) cooked and cold chicken, chopped
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) shallots, finely chopped
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup (preferably amber syrup for its rich flavour)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 store bought salad rolls
